It is okay...

I know it can be tough to feel like things are okay with all that is going on in our larger world. Tough to even give ourselves permission to feel okay, and to have a positive and hopeful outlook.

It is okay to be right where your'e at. It is okay to feel sadness, and it is okay to be annoyed, and then let it go. It is okay to be happy, and it is okay to feel excited! It is okay to talk to someone if you need to. It is okay to feel joy and happiness, and share that with others. It is okay to forgive, it is okay to make mistakes. It is okay to fight for what you believe in, and it is okay to love someone who does not agree.

This week, I want us to remind ourselves that it is okay...
to laugh, to cry, to pursue our joys and desires. It is okay to make our space brighter, and to stay focused on our self-love because that radiates out to everyone we meet, and THAT is how we can impact the world.

It is okay to feel sadness and joy at the same time, and to tell jokes (especially "Dad jokes" (and ideally not jokes at another's expense)). 

And forever, and always, it is okay to love ourselves...
