I do enough

Last week, we affirmed "I am enough." This week, let's focus on affirming "I DO enough."

There is no denying we have responsibilities. Some of us have quite a bit on our to-do list, but is it just too much?

Affirming "I do enough" can help guide us in evaluating all these "things" we have to do. How important is it, really? Is it something I can get help with? WHY is this on my list?

Maybe, we shift to having just one thing on our list. Maybe, all we do today is make our bed, or even, just get out of it.
