I am intentional

Do you ever find yourself going through the motions of your life, set in routines, habits, and things you do just because you've always done them, or someone suggested you do them? Have you ever thought about why you do them, or how/why they benefit your life?

This week I'd like to invite you to put intention into your living. Doesn't have to be grand, or too far out of your comfort zone - you have to do what feels right for you. I just hope you try it on.

I know, for me, that too many times I find myself reacting or responding in a way that is not aligned with my desire to be an effective communicator in my relationships. That's something I can go forth this week being intentional about. Good communication.

I'm also going to think about where in my life I may not be being as intentional as I'd like - with what I'm eating, how I'm moving my body to prepare for this sprint-triathlon (because right now - I'm not!), am I being intentional in my time management to achieve my goals? 

Dolly Parton pushed us to "Find out who you are and do it on purpose," and I'd like to add to that, if I may - let's also find out the whats and do those on purpose, too. The job, the relationships, the activities, the books, whatever resonates for you - do it on purpose.
